Osprey Talon 22 Men's Hiking Pack Limon Green - L/XL

I’m 5’7 about 175 lbs. somewhat broader build. should i get the s/m or l/xl option?

I was wondering what size pack would be best for me. i'm 5'6", 155lbs. 33" waist and the length from my c7 vertebra to iliac crest measures 18 1/2"?

Does osprey bladder work better? my aquamira 2l is so heavy it bends the flimsy plastic and makes opening the top compartment difficult
