First, let me say this is a mud mask. The mud is almost black. And like all things black and mud, it does stain. So just be careful when you use this --- wear clothes you won't mind staining -- just in case. When washing off the mud, if you are using a wash cloth, make sure it is a dark color one or one you don't mind staining.This is my first time using the product so I didn't leave it on too long. When I first used it, there was a tingle feeling, probably from the alcohol. It didn't take long for the mask to dry. Make sure you keep out of sight from others ... it is a little scary looking. I had it on for about 7 to 10 minutes. After washing it off, my skin felt soft and smooth. My pores seemed to be tighter. Just know it takes a little bit to wash off the mask. First time I used it I had fun with it and let my young daughter help me apply the mask. I could feel the tingling as the mask dried. Left it on for about 15 min and rinsed it off with warm water. You need to try it to believe how soft and smooth your facial skin feels after applying the mask. It works even better if you pair it with Nani Naturals Shea body butter, I use the chocolate butter. I also love the fact that their product is all natural, chemical free and organic, hard to find features nowadays. I believe the price is also very reasonable. I also want to mention that the customer service for this product is very attentive, they thank you by email and also make sure you are absolutely thrilled with their product.
