This product at first glance as a bit flimsy around the handle and the saw. It was however quite a sturdy joint once the blade was locked.It does a great job and is very useful for trimming small branches on trees.

This 11-inch folding saw was a great buy for $15, however the manufacturer crossed the line when they recently switched to a black PLASTIC hinge pin, which is definitely the weak link, for this otherwise nice tool. I suspect that they saved less than 10-cents, switching from the silver metal hinge pin screw to the current black plastic hinge pin. It is a special size threaded plastic pin, thus will be difficult to replace when it breaks. The saw does cut branches up to roughly 3-inches in diameter nicely. I suspect it will be challenging to sharpen, but my guess is that the plastic hinge pin will break before it needs sharpening. I found it easier to purchase a total of three of these, instead of sharpening any of them yet. I try to carry one hiking locally, since I am one of the volunteers keeping the Land Trust trails cleared. So far, I only cut two limbs with the plastic hinge pin version. Will try to update this review in 6-months.

This saw is incredible. I cut through tree limbs that were 5-6" thick. The blade is remarkable, with two different angles, and is easy to maintain and use. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. 5 stars lightweight and easy to maneuver. It's durability so far seems to be very solid, I was very happy for the value and it's utility was fantastic. Its storage capacitiy is incredible and it cuts branches and trees like butter.

Excellent saw for pruning larger branches, goes right through them very easily. I am on my second one of these only due to the fact that the first one saw a HUGE amount of pruning in the first 2 years. The old one still gets the job done on the smaller branches, just a little dull for the bigger stuff. I like the way it folds up, easy to use. Great tool!

Cuts as intended, even with a blade less than what is considered sharp. Pruning was a pain, took a while for a short task. Design is common for most folders. Stores easy in a full size backpack. Seems durable and strong at the handle.

Great saw!!! Ive used it around the yard for several things. Bushes, little trees, bigger trees and branches! Thing cuts extremely well! Very impressed at how sharp and the teeth are and how fast it gets through wood
