It’s smaller than I expected, but it worked so well and cookies baked so fast that before I knew it, I had dozens of cookies done. My recommendation is to add about 1 tsp of dough, no more. The dough doesn’t need to be a perfect oval or ball. I made my butter dough, shaped into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle and wrapped in plastic wrap, placing in the fridge for an hour. As it hardened, I just cut into small pieces(small rectangles) and no rolling at all. It came out sooo good!!! I didn’t use any oil on the mold, as the butter dough has Plenty. One tip for cooking: have a few paper towels ready as the butter might spill over the mold a little as the dough expands. Just wipe it off and keep going.
