Hard to find Salmon oil supplements versus krill/makrel but of course New Chapter has it. They always make the best product. Easy to swallow. If you are going to spend money on supplements and want the best, this is it!

Easy to swallow; taste mildly like fish oil but not strong; I've been taking New Chapter supplements on and off for decades so I trust the brand. Note that a serving is 4 capsules according to the label (my doctor has recommended that I take the equivalent of 5-6 capsules a day); these could go quickly if you're on an omega-heavy regimen.

I saw the negative reviews say they were large and hard to swallow but really they are the smallest ones I've ever had AND they have omega 6, 5, 7, 9 - I mean this thing even has rosemary and oregano and a lot of other great stuff and if anyone else knows a better cap than this let me know but I think I found the grail here and it only took me 50 years lol. Seriously, I am attributing my returning skin glow to these caps and St Clare witch hazel which I also wish I found 30 years ago or after OJs sopped being made. Anyhow - great caps. If the cap is too big for you then poke it with a safety pin and squirt it in your juice or whatever. It's good stuff.

I have to have these as they are small capsules. Some omegas that I’ve tried have given me anxiety as I swallow due to their size. These however are the perfect size for swallowing.
