The pivot point being where the boom arm rotates around the top inner tube. Also this does not account for the cymbal seat (which can also be adjusted!) Of course these may vary slightly depending on how you position the legs! I hope that helps! I looked everywhere for those numbers! Amazing stand, Very heavy duty! I would 100% recommend for either a low ride over the bass drum, or a low china beside the floor toms.
