Coffee beans do not go down automatically to the grinding chamber. This fault has been encountered by many buyers and this suggests that the fault is not a once off but rather a fundamental fault in the way all these machines are manufactured and I recommend withdrawing this type of machines from the market (once and for all).

When it works, it works as expected. Every couple of days though, you get some beans stuck in the burr & the grinder keeps running but nothing comes out, so need to either open it up & move em or give it an almighty shake.

For the price it’s good had to change the grind size
