Good vitamin
I bought this supplement bc I am heterozygous mthfr and bc I started having ear ringing due to an sphenoid infection... long story short.. it turned my grey hair back to its natural color . I was dying my hair every 4 weeks, it has been 8 weeks since I died my hair and it's amazing, the rining in the ears seems lower too. I take 3 pills a day, it tastes good too. So it's doing something good to me.

Nice quality product
A much better B12 product than the questionable "store brands" I was taking that you swallow and your body doesn't absorb squat! I feel a nice all-day effect from this NOW brand that doesn't resemble so called "energy" pill garbage. It dissolves quickly under the tongue, and I can tell the difference in mind and body. This is a nice supplement, especially if your not big into eating fruits and vegetables, or making health foods like me.
