This little hat arrived promptly and in good condition. It looks like the picture except the long purple feathers on the sides are not included. The hat looks fine without them. The hat will slide on the plastic headband so you can position it on the top or side of your head. I ordered it to wear to a party and it is perfect for that. It is not very sturdy but I think it is just what I need for this occasion.

So many compliments. Wore this with a purple dress and petticoat, green cardi, green chucks, and lots of beads.Tons of compliments. It’s so festive. When it arrived I did dampen my feathers a bit and shape them (bent in shipping). I let them dry overnight and then fluffed them with my fingers. Perfect!

This little hat was perfect and comfortable to wear all night!

This hat is cute, but I don't think it will last more than one night. The hat itself is fine, but it's on a cheap plastic headband that will snap with any pressure at all. I took a star off because for my hairstyle I needed the hat portion to be on the side like it is in the photo, and it comes in the middle of the band. I will have to reposition it to be like the photo.

I'm going to make one change - paint the headband silver instead of black because I have gray hair.

My wife wore this hat to our local Mardi Gras Parade and received many compliments for the colors and decoration.

I couldn't find a Mardi Gras hat for my dog, so I got this human one and remodeled it to fit a dog. I took bands from a cheap dog hat, and glued them this one. This made my dog the absolute star of Mardi Gras!

This hat is missing the long purple feathers that caught my eye in the first place. No time to return for a replacement that may or may not be better. Annoying.
