I have ordered this 9 times and had no problems, but this last box was in the corner of my cupboard while I worked through the older ones. Noticed a really awful smell, we searched and couldn't find what it was. Then we opened this box and realised the top two were sealed still and all the 10 under it were open and foul smelling. There is mould and wet food everywhere and it's completely unusable. We didn't realise there were any problems as it definitely arrived not smelling. So I think this could have happened in transit to me. So I've put open dog food in my cupboard for months not realising until the mould and smell was so bad we thought a animal (mouse etc) had died in there!I can't return as we needed to chuck it straight away, and I've had it sat there too long to get a refund. Not happy as this is good food and never had problems before

Well presented and easy to use. Dogs looking good on it. Probably good for fussy eaters.

I have bought this food for years for both my dogs . Hey both really enjoy it and it has done wonders for their coat and weight . My main issue is that the packaging is so unreliable, it's like pot luck if your boxes will arrive without half the items squished and opened which causes an awful rotten smell . My last delivery I had to throw a full box of 12 away because out of the 3 boxes I bought there were that many damaged. So I do suggest buying it directly from the company's website instead of on here .

My dogs love this wet food, no poorly tummies! I mix it with some dry kibbles and they “ woof” it back. Also it’s great it’s made just up the road from us, keeping it local👍

Brilliant food. My Cairn eats it all, if he doesn't our tom cat will. This delivery arrived damaged. I haven't put up a picture, as I see similar on the reviews. Replacement arriving tomorrow.Great Thanks

Box was perfect condition, but when unpacking, discovered there was liquid over the plastic containers. I then discovered that two had inch long slits in the lid of the container, rendering those two unusable. I have tried to initiate a replacement but after leaving the reason , it says this item is not eligible for a return. The price is no longer competitive if you can only use 10/12.Very frustrated, as the only way to raise what has happened is to do so through a review.

For some reason on the last batch I have bought the beef flavour looks a bit different that before and has a greenish colour and a no very nice smell, I can really smell the difference when my dog has the beef flavour as it makes the whole house stink with the farts. that does't seam to happen with the lamb and chicken.

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi, ben consegnato all’interno della scatola da 24x. Ogni confezione di cibo è ben sigillata. I miei bulldog francesi hanno divorato. La qualità direi che è ottima, in tutto e per come il prodotto si presenta. Mi sono informata su internet su questo marchio e lo consiglio!

Ai miei cani piace molto, l'odore non è come quello delle classiche scatolette ma invitante e la carne sembra di qualità
