Serving size is so subjective because a petite woman is going to eat less than a large, physically active man. My son and his fiancee share the breakfasts (and add some fresh banana or other fruit) but can usually eat the full meat dishes. I have a big appetite but both breakfasts and meat dishes are usually more than I can eat at one sitting. I'm sorry I can't be more specific but trying to predict how much someone will be able to eat is dependent on so many factors like how much physical activity they're participating in, how much they usually eat, etc. You know what I mean! We've had people say there's too much food in the pouches and they had to throw some away and we've had some people say they wish the pouches held more!
