If you own a restaurant - buy this!
Great book for current or future restaurant owners. Bought it because I was told that the restaurant we used to own did many of the same things. Simple and easily executed ideas. Must read before you open!!!

Very good book
It's rare that I read any book in one or two sittings but did this one. This book chronicles Robinson's career at Chick-fil-A and provides some insight into the development of the company's brand. It's not a how to by any means or a road map but meanders through some signature developments at the company during Robinson's career there. There are many takeaways in the book but not really organized in a systematic way. It's a good, easy, and enjoyable read with plenty of points of application to business or building an iconic brand. The messages could be applied to any size business.

A Lot to Learn From the Book ~
In spite of the Jesus stuff - I could use about zero of that, but truth is, it is part of what has made the company a success. More than one way to skin the cow in business.

Wisdom and Expertise Combined In One Book
Steve is both a wise and smart man, but the best part about that...is that he is willing to share his wisdom and talent with us through this book. It's a great read and one I'd recommend to people in and out of the hospitality industry.
