What a tragic beautiful story!!! Kol met Thea a year ago but knew she was haunted by some demons but just didn’t know the extent of it. When she disappears for a year, he feels lost and knows she is part of his soul even though they barely said two words to each other.When he finds her again, he vows to protect her and slay all her demons to make her happy again.Thea has had a rough past 4 years. Surviving what she’s been through, her trust in anyone is just not there anymore. When she runs into Kol again, she has to make the decision to either run again or stay and fight.-safe read-h has been sexually abused-no talk on H history-epilogue (3 months and 5 years)

After first reading Until Arsen, which was a part of ARR's Happily Ever Alpha series, I wanted to read more of KL Donn's Daniels Family series. Thea and Kol had both been introduced in Until Arsen, and I needed to find out how their story ended.Thea is on the run, after experiencing a traumatic event. A year after she met Kol, they run into each other. Kol instantly knows that he needs to get to know Thea, as well as help her through her past.I very much liked both Kol and Thea. Kol was just the right amount of alpha for me, and Thea, while needing help, showed strength that was admirable.If you're looking for a quick, insta-love read, the Daniels Family series, and With Kol, are books I would definitely recommend!

I freaking loved watching Arsen and Thea’s journey. It was an emotional read that had all the feels.When Thea fled her life at 16 she was an emotionally broken young girl. On her own and dealing with what her stepfather had done to her was heart wrenching. Having no one believe her would have been devastating.Meeting Ember she developed a friendship of sorts. She never really let Ember fully into her life. But it was meeting Embers older brother Arsen, that had her running. He made her feel things she wasn’t ready to acknowledge.It’s Arsen running into Thea a year later that changes everything. He was devastated when she left and along with Ember they’d both looked for her. Now that he has her in his sight he’s not letting her go.Secrets come out. Confronting the past is not always easy but with Arsen by her side Thea knows she can face anything.Loved the characters, the development of the story and I’m invested now I can’t wait for Embers story.

Thea has had a horrible childhood. Things that no child should ever face have become her everyday life. When Thea is denied the help she seeks out she decides to run away and never be heard from again but her demons won’t let her go that easy. After years of running she finally has a reason to stay and fight...Kol. Kol is her light in a world filled with uncertainty and darkness. Kol gives her the courage to move forward and to finally break free from the past that terrorizes her. As Thea becomes a stronger woman and finds herself happier than she’s ever been, her past finds her again. With Kol’s help and encouragement she can face anything, does that include her painful past as well?

With KolIt has some triggers. For some readers.It starts as a dark thing. From her past. Thea is a scared more like terrified. She is and has a reason to be afraid of pretty much everything in away.Even after not seeing her for a year Kol knows she is something special. They are a sweet couple. Kol shows her that you can trust people tho some have failed her. I love the over all story and story line. It's a hard at part in away. Sweet story. about insta love and what having soemone at your back can do.

This is a very very emotional story. This may cause triggers because Thea relives her childhood abuse in her mind. It’s about a young girl who was continuously raped by her stepfather and through running away and attempted suicide, the system let her down. She is essentially a basket case. She has finally met someone who will protect her, love her and always be by her side. Kol is her rock and gets her through her emotional battle within herself. The romance was sweet.

Being introduced to Thea in Arsen’s book I knew this was gonna be emotional. Thea is scared, traumatized and struggling to believe that she deserves happiness. Kol is serious book boyfriend material. He is so kind, patient and brings out the best in Thea. It was a beautiful story of overcoming tragedy and living the life you deserve!

The begining of this book is heartbreaking reading what happened to Thea in her past will make you cry but watching her grow into a strong woman who begins to fight back thanks to the support and love Kol gives her. Kol is everybody's dream man super protective he knows what he wants and nothing will stop him having it. I'm so looking forward to Ember and Noah's book next.

This book was Heartwrenchingly beautiful to read, it delved deep into my emotions and had me emmersed in this story from begining to end. This author absolutely has a way with words that will break you down and slowly put you back together the more you read.I would recommend this book and author to anyone who loves a beautiful love that is hard fought for, This was not an easy road travelled kind of love, be ready for this story to go soul deep.
