Rugged pill surface
I am pretty sure this is as effective as any others. The shape might be 'easy swallow' but the ruggedness of the pill was not.

Good, but I notice price has shot up since I last ordered, around 2 months ago. Still good value though. They are small, although bigger than some other brands I've tried. Still easy to swallow. I'd advise people to do their own research on dosage, which may need to be increased if you feel you are "going down with something".
