This contains more than one form of magnesium salt designed to facilitate optimum intake of this vital element.It is quite a large ovel tablet but can be crushed in half to enable easier swallowing.I have taken this item for a number of years now and find it has benefited my genral health.

Easy to swallow and not 'horse tablets' like some magnesium tablets around, and they provide good support throughout the day, with the possibility to take a second at night.

better than all the rest?
After trying a number of different Mg supplements I've gone back to these guys.They're billed as being bioavailable I think they're probably closer to that than a citrate form I've tried.These ones can be dissolved in water which i assume means they get to where they need to go quicker than the pills that need crunching to break up?I'm not a chemist or biologist so I'm only assuming breaking it up before it hits the stomach is a good thing, perhaps the harder shelled citrate takes it through the stomach to the place it gets absorbed?These don't appear to be coursing through me the way other forms of Mg are reported to do.I think I wake less in the morning feeling like my eyes have been screwed tightly shut all night (sign of the muscle relaxing properties of Mg?

Not worrying about nightly cramps
Have had issues with sever leg cramps at night . When traveling in Ireland i ran out of the product that i was using . Stop by a local pharmacy and told that BioActive Magnesium would help..took the tablet that night , and has helped me , until i ran out . Have placed an order thru Amazon ,and it being shipped from the U K . WORKS GREAT on me .

Great for leg cramps!!
I needed a full spectrum of magnesium for leg cramps. The cramps were unbearable and keeping me from sleep. It took about a week to see the improvement but I just kept taking them as directed and the cramps went away. I had tried otc products as well as natural but this is all I need now. Thankyou so much.
