can you verify that the dimensions of the light are 6 7/16 x 2 1/4 x 1 3/4? thanks!

That is the dimension for the light without grommet.With grommet it become about 7 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 2", but the grommet are flexible. And this light is a standard industrial size, it basically fits most 6" oval hole on truck and trailers.

How do you put these lights on something ??

These fit into standard openings in many trailers that were designed for this type of light. They have a rubber grommet around the perimeter.

I want to put these on my Yakima bike rack. Is there any way to mount these to some kind of magnet to do this?

not easily, but anything's possible. the back is flat, except for the electrical plug, so you could conceivably epoxy magnets on. the item pictures show dimensions and a shot of the backside. good luck!

what color is for turn Signal?, i did not get any directions

Red is for turn signal (yellow (port) or green (starboard) . Black is for brakes ( brown ). White is the ground.
