Ford 9L1Z-17526-A - ARM ASY - Wiper

I was suspect at first that this item would be compatible with my 2014 Ford Expedition. I had been rolling around for quite a while lamenting the fact that something had finally broke due to wear and tear on my trusty Ford. I searched here and there for replacement parts that on occasion were priced near $80 in other stores. I never made the purchase because, well...the nonfunctional rear wiper wasn't enough of a nuisance just yet to bother spending a $100 by the time you added tax and shipping to the equation. On a whim I searched Amazon and found this piece. It looked like it might work, but at the price I wouldn't be upset if it didn't. Low and behold not only was it a perfect match the assembly was easy peasy. Like not even 15 minutes in the parking lot at work easy. Now I can see out of the rear glass once again. Happy day.

Tried buying a knock-off non-OEM first to save a few bucks. Bad choice. The knock off didn’t hold the wiper correctly against the window, and broke while I was adjusting it! This OeM wiper fit perfectly without any adjustments and was easy to install!

First: genuine Ford part.Second: Fit perfectly for my Ford.I would have liked a nut and washer included, but that is Ford not the seller.Need a 13 mm socket/box wrench, and a way to remove from the shaft. I used a long needle nose plier on the shaft tip, and behind the wiper arm.Also: no blade included. Again: that’s Ford, not the sellers.Definitely worth the purchase.

This works great on my 2013 Expedition.

The way these mount, they are very difficult to remove so I had to cut the old one off. However the new one went on and fit perfectly. Was much cheaper than buying direct from Ford.

Replaced the original arm assembly. Fit perfectly. Use a puller to remove an arm that has been on for some time. Comes without the wiper so I bought an aftermarket one.Works like it should. Beware of some aftermarket units, the assembly is all plastic and won't hold up to car washes. This unit does and hasn't let down.

Took 5 minutes to change out the broken wiper arm with the new one. No issues encountered. The dealership wanted over $100 for a new arm and $75 to install.

I received the arm today, as promised, previously asking the question of whether or not the blade ships with the arm because I didn't understand the structure. I received some conflicting responses, which I'm greatful for, as I'm not even vehicle, let alone wiper savy, lol. So prior to the arm arriving, I simply took the old one, examined it and compared it to the image. So for anyone else who might wonder, this is just the arm. All good, as the actual blade is not damaged and am using the one that was attached to the broken arm. Fits perfectly on my 2012 Expedition!
