I wanted to wait at least a month to review this portable monitor, especially been a not-recognized brand. I took a risk and bought it because I needed an extra monitor for an online school. I am glad I did. This monitor is excellent, and I have no issues connecting to my MacBook Air m1 2020. The only bad thing about this monitor is that it doesn’t have internal batteries, so it always needs to be connected to a power supply. For my need is more than enough, I am just a student who will use it in my house and maybe in a couple of trips to use it at the hotel. I also plug my Nintendo switch, and it works. For the value and what it offers, I think it is pretty good. I did my research, and an excellent portable monitor goes from 2-300. I didn’t want to spend that much on what I wanted.If you are looking for a simple monitor that you can connect to your laptop for work or school, this one is the one if you are looking for a portable monitor to play games without using a power adapter. Keep searching for others.I gave it 4/5 because it doesn’t have an internal battery, and the sound is ok(I don’t care about the sound, though)Overall, good portable monitor.

I was nervous about buying a random monitor I hadn't seen in person but I took a leap (because it was on sale) and for my needs, this is great!Screen- the screen is matte, which I love, no glossy glass here! the resolution is 1080p and the colors are pretty decent if not punchy. (no true to life). The 350 nit HDR worried me but honestly the HDR performance is pretty good.Ports - has 2 USB C port and 1 HDMI port. You can do Display, Audio, and charging through both USB C ports or you can charge through the USB C port while using the HDMI input. The monitor only needs 5 watts to power it so you can plug it into any charger or USB 3.0 port.I use the monitor as a secondary display for my PC and Tablet and it is perfect for that usage

I wanted to create a minimalist kitchen tv setup. Something I could watch while eating dinner.20 years ago I would have mounted some tv on a wall a-la bar style. I would have hidden all the cables, added some wireless rig for headphones, ran cable from a splitter up some wall through my attic to the tv.Nope. Not gonna do that again. Those days are over.So I bought this monitor and an amazon fireStick. The firestick plugs into the mini hdmi port on the monitor (using an adapter). The firestick gets its power from the monitor using micro usb to usb c. The monitor is plugged into an wall outlet.For headphones the firestick will output audio over Bluetooth and we all have Bluetooth headphones now. The monitor itself has 2 speakers, audio adjust and rca out.That’s it. Simple. Works like a charm.The monitor itself is the bomb. Great value. It comes with hdmi to mini hdmi cable, a usb c cable, and power adapter with cable. Also comes with simple instructions and a cleaning cloth.Very impressive packaging. They did a great job on presentation, quality and utility.

However, I gave it an overall 4-stars (would probably be 4.5 stars if I could do that) because hooking up a Switch to watch Hulu shows is not working. For some odd reason that doesn't make any sense, the Hulu show displays a black screen and no sound or, if I unplug it from my Switch (with the Switch "on") and plug it back in, the video of the show then does work but still no sound.For games on the Switch, sound and video is excellent. Just wish video AND sound would work with Hulu. Not sure if it's a problem for this monitor working with Hulu or Hulu working with the monitor. If it worked with Hulu for both video and sound, I'd give it 5-stars.

I have bought e2 monitors from Amazon both said they were compatible with a MAC laptop they both lied. I purchased this one and it to said no signal no matter what idi it would not work. I called Amazon and they put me on hold twice once I got cut off after waiting almost 10 minutes the next time I hung up after several minutes. They called me back and sai I was just about to connect you to a coustmer service specialist. That to is what they told me the first time. Do not buy this monitor if you are trying to connect it to a MAC or a I phone it will not work.

I don't know what rock I've been living under, but why doesn't every single person who works on a laptop have one of these in their laptop bag?? It works extremely well and is immensely convenient, and is a real boon for productivity especially in these days of working remotely and moving around day by day.THe USB-C cable provides power and picture all in one - literally one cable to plug, and you have an extra screen. The quality is excellent.So much easier than having a fixed monitor at a work from home desk, and so much easier to pack away and store out of place when work is done. Especially handy if you don't have space for a permanent work from home setup.Also, it is easy to display the extra screen in portrait mode, which is much more effective for a lot of document viewing.I'd recommend this to anyone for convenience, functionality, cost-effectiveness, portability... it really is as good as it seems.
