My vet said it was safe to use for my 90 lbs german shepherd dog and it's the only thing that helps him at night. We tried many different meds and supplements. This is the only one that guarantees his full night of sleep. I gave him one full dropper at night with a little wet food and he's relaxed. I would always recommend to a vet before giving this to an animal, but it's working well for him. He doesn't seem to mind the taste either. It smells really potent (but that's normal for Valarian)

Great product! I've been struggling with sleep issues for YEARS and I'm so glad I tried this. I am so restless when I sleep that I toss and turn for hours on end, and this has definitely helped relieve it more than anything else Ive tried (and Ive tried just about everything). I do want to say the smell is off putting, but power through as the taste is tolerable. It's potent, I do feel groggy the next morning but it's worth getting sleep as i can go a week or more getting only 3 hours per night or less of sleep and it really affects my health. I'm hoping I will acclimate more over time and the groggy feeling may subside. Definitely worth trying if you have restless sleep, I am happy I did and will repurchase. Here's hoping it will continue to work.

Love it! I truly works by giving you a subtle, gentle tired feeling so you can naturally go to sleep without leaving you with a droggy, heaviness when you wake up. I’m a big fan. Also, people complained about the smell and although, it does have a pungent fragrance, it’s not as bad as I thought hit would be. I quickly got used to it. It maybe because I drink kombucha and eat fermented vegetables, but I don’t hate the smell and enjoy the taste.

Product arrived yesterday and I tried my first dose last night. Let me began by saying, I don’t if I have a bad batch or what but THE SMELL!!!!! 🤢🤮 It smells like pungent cheesy feet! I could smell it through the box. I was so scared of the taste so I mixed it with like 10 ml of juice. The after taste was like vomit. I had to chase it down with a full glass of juice and really brushed my teeth afterwards. I slept better though and feeling ok this morning. I’ll see how it holds me up as the days go by but the smell and taste are really hard to get by.

I have such a problem going to sleep and staying asleep at night. I’ve tried this two nights in a row now with my cup of tea and I have slept beautifully. It works great and it’s natural. I would take it half hour to an hour before going to bed? you can just fill your body, totally relaxing, and your eyes getting heavy.

This did not work at all for me. I chose the subscription option thinking it would be the answer to my problems when I first purchased and forgot, so another bottle was sent to me. I realized the mistake and never opened the package, intending to return it. Just know, this is non-returnable. Now I get to throw away $20. In my experience, products from this company (yes, I’ve used multiple) unfortunately don’t work for me, so I won’t be buying from them, especially with this ridiculous return policy. Don’t waste your money.

Relative to other valerian products I’ve used, this seemed weak. I needed about 5-6 dropper fulls to equal one dropper of a higher potency product. The flavor was sweet, so it seems they made this to be tasty rather than bitter, which may be diametrically opposed to potency. I ended up foregoing the dropper and just pouring a bunch in my mouth and letting it sit under my tongue for a minute before swallowing. Needless to say it didn’t last long.

It is soothing to nerves and relaxes my mind. I am not sure about night sleep. I have not noticed a significant difference. But it is supposed to help. Overall the drops are extremely functional, effective, great quality, taste is good. It has a bit too sweet taste for my palate.

This is so weak. I can tell because proper valerian extract isn't supposed to be so sweet and have little potency. I can not feel any effect from this product. Waste of money, do not buy if you want effective valerian root.

No se si el producto es bueno o mala, obvio que no era para mi tipo de insomnio. No me sirvio. El insomio es algo complicado de tratar. Quiza funcione mejor un mix de diferentes hierbas del mercado, o algo de una buena tiendoa homeopatica.
