My b12 went from 382 to 1220 in 8 weeks. Seeing a few reviews acting like it doesn’t have what it says in it, but it seemed to work for me. Easy to take, tastes good. Started to get a bit of acne, so I’ve lowered my dose. Expensive.

After my lab work showed low B12, my functional medicine doctor recommended this product. They said the liquid is much better absorbed, so I heeded the advice. After taking it for 6 months, my energy has improved, and my new lab work showed a drastic improvement. Well worth the price.

Best company in the market , this is the only company I trust with my vitamins and supplements. Is expensive but it is worth every penny, the taste is not bad at all is easy on my stomach, the dosage and vitamin content is as described. I have a very sensitive stomach and have to be careful what I take. I take this b12 after breakfast or lunch , never on empty stomach. Second bottle.

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could… My sister in law is a pharmacist and they sell this exact product In her pharmacy..but they usually run out quickly (hence why I purchase online). I started taking this product because blood work showed that I was low in vitamin B12. After taking this product for 4 months, my b12 levels (According to bloodwork) came up drastically. I have increased energy, improved cognitive clarity, improved stamina with working out, and find it easier to get out of bed in the morning. Seriously, what a noticeable difference.
