**Q: what are the ingredients? Salt? Sugar?**
A: All our rubs are all-natural, certified kosher products, made with no preservatives and no MSG. The ingredients in the Steak Rub: Sea Salt, Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Spices.

**Q: can you use this as a hamburger jerky seasoning**
A: We use it to grill our hamburgers and even pork chops as well as steak. Remember it has a good deal of salt in it.  Never tried it for jerky. CJ

**Q: Does this taste like KFC??**
A: No.  It tastes like pure deliciousness.  Way better than KFC.  In fact I have the steak seasoning and I am out and have to reorder.

**Q: Aside from the one that is salt free i do not see any nutritional information on other products-how much average sodium would there be?**
A: The ingredients are Sea Salt, Paprika, Spices, Red Pepper and Black Pepper. I hope this helps!
