Sportz Truck Tent Blue/Grey

I bought this tent to go in my Toyota Tacoma with the 6 foot bed. Then someone hit my truck. So while it's in the shop, I thought it would be fun to see if the tent would fit my 5x8 utility trailer. It fit Great!Putting the tent into the trailer has several advantages.1) No ladder required. I just step right into the tent.2) No wheel wells to contend with. Lots more space.3) Much easier to assemble.4) More headroom. The rails in my trailer are 21" high, that's 2" higher than my truck bed sides.5) Better gas mileage. I can haul this light weight trailer with my 1.6L car.6) I can leave the tent set up if I decide to go somewhere. I just disconnect the trailer from the car.If I'm hauling a boat and going to the lake for the weekend, or I'm going trail camping, then the tent is going into the truck. If I'm going to a state park or some other type of campsite, it's going in the trailer.

Worked great , easy set up once you follow instructions, could stand up in tent once set up. Downside is if you have to drive somewhere to get supplies… just make sure you have everything you need. FYI

Fits really well. My husband has roll bars on his truck so had to squash it on a little but still did the job. Nice and dry and loads of space!

Wir haben uns dieses Zelt für den Mitsubishi L200 CC gekauft. Nach etwas Übung lässt es sich recht schnell aufbauen. Die aufrollbare Plane kann beim Zeltaufbau hinter der Kabine verbleiben. Um einen ebenen Boden zu haben, haben wir auf die Ladefläche eine Siebdruckplatte geschraubt, die hinten eine Klappe (ebenfalls aus Siebdruckplatte) besitzt, um den breiten Spalt zwischen Ladefläche und Heckklappe zu überbrücken.Auch nach drei Wochen Norwegen mit Temperaturen bis hinunter auf 4°C können wir das Zelt und diese Art des Zeltens empfehlen.Beim Kauf sollte man nicht vergessen, dass bei der Lieferung aus den USA noch Zoll fällig wird.02/2024: Auch in den Jahren danach haben wir das Zelt gerne genutzt (mehrwöchige Urlaube z.B. Slowenien und Schweden) und sind noch immer zufrieden.Einer der Stäbe ist mal gebrochen (zum Glück erst zum Ende des Urlaubs), aber der ließ sich einfach ersetzen. Seitdem haben wir ein Reparaturkit dabei.Nachteil dieser Form des Zelts ist, dass man immer vor dem Aufbau die Ladefläche freiräumen muss. Daher werden wir jetzt auf ein Dachzelt oberhalb der Ladefläche umsteigen.

エルフダブルキャブに使用しました。アオリが低いので2×4で自作高さを増してます。大人3人楽勝です。良い買い物です。
