I'm a man, and I always sleep on my side. I used to use a standard body pillow as a "hugger" and to keep my bony knees and ankles from poking into each other. This pillow does all that plus more as the other side supports my back and keeps me in place so I don't toss and turn a lot like I normally would. Its very soft and comfortable, so I'd recommend it to anyone.

I really love this pillow. I am 3 weeks PP and I still sleep with it. It is comfortable and I don’t think it will be leaving my bed anytime soon. My only complaint is that it is huge. Luckily my partner enjoyed the pillow too so he didn’t mind it, however I think some significant others could have an issue with how much room it takes up. It’s also not the easiest to lug around if you travel often. If you are plus size like me you may have to adjust it more forward like an L shape compared to a U shape to be able to put it between your legs.

The size matches the pictures. The stuffing isn't as hard as the pictures make it look, but it is very comfortable and soft to lay on.
