I bought a size down. It's a little tight at beginning, but a little loose after a few times use. But it still works for me. No Sweet that much when I exercise, but it keeps my stomach tight. I like it has 2 pcs, so I can use them in turns when the other one is still wet. I use it as my tummy control when I don't exercise, since it's thin. Good buy.

Very good product! I bought this bc it was a two pack and me and my sister needed one. It made us sweat a lot by just walking a mile. It was crazy I didn’t expect it to make us sweat as much as it did. 10/10 recommend!

I had my second child and i needed something to help promote the uterus to shrink back to its original size. So i ordered this products TWICE, the first time I got a medium and it was too big (I am currently 143 lbs) so I bought a small and it low key feels like the same. I had the expectation of this waist trimmer being a trimmer and trainer all in one. I expected this because of the material looks like spandex. But instead it is like putting on a tight shirt. It makes me want to try putting on the trimmer AND a waist trainer. But the "trimming" part does work it to an extent, it does a stimulate sweat and holds it in very well .
