I've been taking these right around a year or so and these organic multi vitamins are awesome! They are a little on the expensive side, but for your general health and well-being they're definitely worth the extra cost. They make me feel great and since I've started taking them I have willingly backed off some of my normal coffee amount in the mornings, just haven't had the need for the extra energy that coffee gives me that these multi vitamins don't provide on a daily basis. The only friction point with these is ever so often they go unavailable everywhere so if you do decide to try them out and like them, be sure to stock up on them when you can. Highly recommend!

I like it and would buy it again. Garden of life is one of the few you can trust, they don't just use fake or synthetic vitamins like most others. This puts them in the high quality range. And the smell is fine, they actually smell pretty good.

This is my favorite multivitamin. Unlike most vitamins, these are in the form of vitamin-rich whole foods so well absorbed and don't have crazy amounts of RDA like you see in synthesized vitamins. You also don't get the horrible B-vitamin breath you get from synthetic vitamins. You don't get smelly yellow urine, either. I personally do not like to swallow capsules, or tablets. But these tablets can be easily chewed. They don't taste great by themselves, but they're not bad. I chew them along with an EPA gummy supplement (Neviss Algae Omega 3) and it's pleasant. Why is my rating 4 instead of 5 star? Because of the ridiculously large glass bottle they come in. The tablets take up about a quarter of it and there's no cotton or anything on top.

So far so good, you only need to take 2 pills a day and they are not stupid big pills. Only time will tell if I feel a difference. But I'm sure while being an organic vitamin it will help my body with needed vitamin deficiency.

I have learned from past purchases, (even in health food stores and Trader Joe's) that not all supplements are made the same. If you don't take the time to read the ingredients and philosophies on your pill and powdered supplements labels, or you will be putting your health at risk. For example, I look for ingredients that should not be in things. Like soy, cane sugar, and preservatives. This product is great. We may not need to overdo it with vitamin supplements, but better safe than sorry. I bought Great Lakes quick dissolve collagen peptides powder from Trader Joe's and it made me sick. I wanted to throw up. Basically, collagen peptides means they used the hides of cows to get the product. Gross! But collagen can be obtained from organically raised cows, some marine sources, et al. So be careful, read the labels!
