This product produces nice, long lasting heat for muscles and gives good results for my lower back pain. However, avoid breathing it cause it is rough on the nose and causes sneezing.and runny nose.

I've been looking for this combination of active ingredients in significant dosages, and finally found it with Reliaderm. I have a few dozen different products in my collection, and this found a place in my top few. This has the capsaicin/methyl salicylate combo that is hard to find, with menthol for the trifecta. Hemp seed oil is a bonus, too. This rapidly heats up, but doesn't boil over, so you get a happy medium with lasting warmth for a few hours, perfect for my stiff back and knee. If higher doses of capsaicin are too much for you (0.075%-0.1%), the 0.035% is enough to give you some warmth, without discomfort. 25% methyl salicylate really helps get things going quickly, until the capsaicin kicks in. The medium-high percentage of menthol (10%) really adds to the benefit of the roll on. It's kind of like Ben Gay on steroids without the camphor. The aloe adds a soothing effect. We'll see how long it lasts, as it's volume is only 2 oz. compared to most roll ons, which are typically 3 oz.

This provides some relief for sciatica and is more efficacious than aspercreme. Though not unpleasant the odor lasts longer than stated in the product description.

So I will say it starts off nice, I put it on around 10 and I felt relief but then in the middle of the night I woke up in so much pain because my arm felt like it was on fire. The capsaicin hits you later and it is so harsh it woke me out of a sound sleep. I got up washed my arm with soap and water and was awoken again later with the burning pain. No, not for me.

After having searched and tried, and tried, and tried this product is the absolute best one for me. Yes, yes, it does provide: "Triple Therapy Relief From" aches and pains. My issue was excruciating low back muscle pain, and muscle pain around my right knee. I could not stand up without feeling terrific pain in those two places. At first when I rolled it onto my low back, it felt really "hot". I thought, "Oh no, here I go again with my sensitive skin!" I wiped it off but then noticed the pain had subsided very much. Later on when I rolled on Reliaderm the second time, there was no pain! I was so thrilled! Now I use Reliaderm periodically for super fast relief. Plus, I think that the roll on feature is easier to manage than a pain patch on the low back. This product is truly a godsend. Thank you, Amazon, you are on target yet again!

The product provided minimal relief for my arthritis back pain. It needed to be reapplied within 2 hours but the most disconcerting side effect was a burning sensation when taking a warm shower or bath the next morning.

I got this product to help treat my chronic back pain. I have been suffering from chronic back pain for the past several years. This product was recommended to me by a close friend, I have tried both prescription pain pills and creams both have worked with very minimal results. I have been trying to get off prescriptions and looking for an alternative. I have to say the product is surprisingly effective, it is a very strong pain cream that you definitely feel immediately after applying. Over time it has helped reduce my severe pain. Apparently this product is a combination of three ingredients and does have a unique scent. I highly recommend this product for severe pain.

I am well pleased with this cream in a roller ball. It doesn't get on my hands, which is a deal breaker when capsaicin is involved. I had been using doTERRA blue that was given to me and really liked it, but I'm not paying that much. This product is a great alternative and works just as well if not better. Very little is required and too much can be distracting. It doesn't heal or fix anything but it blocks the way your brain deals with pain, if that makes sense. Important tip: wash it off with cold water and soap before getting into a warm or hot shower, even if you think the cream has worn off and you can't feel it anymore. The shower will reactivate the capsaicin like crazy and you will be on fire and hating your life.
