Don't let anyone tell you that Glutathione won't work Orally. I will let you know, if it is working really well, you will have side effects of detoxing. It's not a bad thing, it just means it is working. I cut my dosage in half when my symptoms were very strong, now that my body has regulated itself, I will be doing the normal dosage a day. Symptoms of Glutathione doing it's job detoxing: -Frequent bathroom trips ( one way your body flushes toxins ) -Excessive thirst -Drinking a lot of water (I was drinking a gallon and a half of water a day at the beginning) -Headaches (typically that means you are flushing out metals) -Cold Symptoms (During a detox you might be flushing out the reminents of a virus that never was removed completely) -Gas -Lymph tightness (feels like pressure, most noticible around your sinuses, forehead and neck area) I will say, before taking this supplement, I was having a lot of headaches, neck tightness, fogginess, and I was easily tired. After almost a month, I feel more energized! My mood is more steady. I haven't had a headache (besides the first detox headache) I feel lighter, my muscles and body in general feels looser and not so tight. The big thing that I wasn't expecting, my heart has been stronger! I've had mild heart issues with Palpitations and Heart Murmers. Recently, I've noticed a huge difference in my heart. I've taken up Tennis with my husband. And I feel great! Highly Recommend, even if you think your body is fine. I may do an update in the future.

as long as this brand continues to make this product - I am going to continue purchasing this product! Like with anything consistency is key. You have to submit to time and let it do its thing! I've been rocking out for going in 3 solid mos now, no gaps- AND LET ME TO YOU, MY SKIN HAS A VIBRANT GLOW THAT IVE NOT EVER EXPERIENCED. MY WHOLE BODY. Nice vibrant youthful glow also a noticeable difference in how smooth it feels. I do exfoliate and use black soap and Shea butter religiously also. Thing is I didn't not begin taking this for skin benefits, I've never really had issues with my skin. I began taking this for detox reasons. I water fast often and at the beginning of the new year I decided I wanted to do a hard reset and added this to my stack. I just got my annual bloodwork done at the VA hospital and even my primary care doctor was pleasantly surprised. What more can I say...?! I'm grateful. I also take: A multi, NAC, glycine, b complex, sea moss, bromelain and vitamin D. But it wasn't until after I added this product that there was a highly visible difference in my skin!

I can't tolerate most supplements, but Bio Schwartz Glutathione Complex is my daily supplement (plus a Vitamin D3 pill), and Glutathione Complex has no side effects for me concerning heartburn/digestion issues. I did a lot of research and found the unique vitamin/mineral/supplement combination is genius and covers many health benefits. A good value for the quality ingredients and made in the USA. Every order I have received has a long shelf-life, so I know the product is fresh. I highly recommend!

It works well

Ive heard many professionals say glutathione is not absorbed well in the stomach so taking it orally might be a waste of money. I can honestly say I do not find that to be the case with this product. I noticed more energy and alertness after a few weeks. When I ran out and was waiting for my next bottle I began to feel sluggish and need to rest more frequently as I manage autoimmune disease. This is definitely worth the money considering I’d pay $150 per IV injection. Give it a try but beware of the initial detox period where your body becomes accustomed to higher levels ( especially if you’re over 40). You might feel strange the first few days. After that, you’ll feel so much more energized!!

I always struggle to review these supplements accurately. Everyone knows these companies claims are often overblown, but the chance the claims are accurate is what draws people in. I read up on this supplement and had hope it would help with how badly I sleep and feeling tired almost all the time. It's supposed to detox and promote a healthy immune system. The problem is that it's hard to quantify these things. If all I'm going off of is how I feel, that's hard to judge. It's not objective. So I understand my experience is only one of many and is not based on medical tests. With that said, I didn't feel any different after taking this daily for around 3 weeks. I think I may have felt some inflammation, as I noticed my ring was almost impossible to remove, where it didn't used to be that way. But otherwise, I didn't subjectively feel like my energy levels were any different or that my sleep changed at all. Maybe this is one of those supplements where the effects take awhile to play out, but since I'm not one to waste money on ineffective things, it's not something I'm going to keep buying. I hope it helps others!

Tasteless and easy to swallow. easier to take than the liquid supplement.
