I am a seasonal camper. From the beginning of May through to mid October we spend every free minute we have at our campsite. I love being outdoors however once the night falls it gets really dark in the woods. I ordered this solar street light to set up on the tree we have by the road. I thought it would be nice to have so when I take my pup for a late night stroll to for her to do her business we would have some light. I love that this one comes with a remote and has motion detection. So it is basically a maintenance free investment. I know that as long as I set it up in a place that will get a good amount of aunshine throughout the day that it will shine bright throughout the night. One suggestion I can give is to make sure you pull out all the packaging material because I almost threw out the bracket that is needed to install this. I opened the box and slide out the light, and instructions. I found the screws they included to install this on a brick wall but I couldn't find the bracket. I went back to the box and pulled out the styrofoam and sure enough the bracket came flying out. I want to note that it doesn't seem to sit flat into the indentation. I installed it exactly as the instructions stated so I know it is correct it just looks a tad off. So far this light is working out really well. I have it set so that it remains on once it gets dark at a low light. Once it detects motion it comes on at full intensity then after a few moments it dims back down. I was concerned it would be to bright for our neighbors however that doesnt seem to be a concern at all. It is a great option for any outdoor area that gets alot of sunlight during the day but is dark at night. It is definitely cheaper than having to call in an electrician to install wiring. We are very happy with this light and may need to invest in another for our home as well.

The media could not be loaded.  The function of dusk to dawn is the main reason I chose this model. I really like its accuracy, it makes our lives easier. We must remember one less thing to do. is very simple to set up! My husband installed it in 10 minutes. We bought a wooden pole from a local hardware store, fixed it with concrete, and placed it on top. The light is solid and heavy. Completely durable. Our installation method is perfect, it has been working for more than 2 months and it is in perfect working order. The remote is fantastic! It works in my kitchen (10 feet away), so when I have to go out to pick up trash at night, I really light up the entire front of my house! This lamp also gives us a great sense of security. Because we don't have public lighting and it's completely dark when the sun goes down. It is very bright. It completely exceeded my expectations! It carries a wonderful electrical charge. This type of lamp has many uses and we have never found ourselves in a situation where there is not enough power to meet our needs. Even if it rains continuously for 3-4 days. If we wait for a long time to rain to save battery, I will set it to motion detection. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. The price is worth it! I have recommended it to several neighbors and will buy it again if necessary!

Easy to install and control with a remote. Very bright and light up half of my backyard with solar panel. Definitely cheaper than hiring an electrician to install a back porch light with that power. Love the light.

The light works just as expected and is very bright. It is pretty heavy than what I expected, but it is easy to install. The light dims to less power when no one is there, the motion detects and lights up 100% power, it is energy save. It is good quality and durable.

It’s a great size but not quite as bright as we thought it would be. It does light up the backyard, but I guess we thought it would be super bright. Hopefully, with sunnier days it will be a lot brighter.

Very good solar light, easy to install, and very bright. It is very suitable for the garage door and has a remote control. Although it is more expensive, it is still cost-effective for long-term use.

Worked great for short time...bought 5.. 2 have quit working

The light was easy to install. It isn’t as bright as I hoped but it does look nice!
