My medical doctor (M.D.) who has 20-some years of integrative medicine practice recommended I take this for my adrenal "fatigue" and hypothyroidism (both conditions have to be treated at the same time). I am glad I gave this a try! My husband was the first to notice a difference after I started taking this (2 capsules daily), about 3 weeks into taking it. As far as pain relief due to sore muscle goes I couldn't tell you how well it works. If you want a restful sleep. One or two of these before bed will help give it to you.
