You have to constantly fluff it back up but it’s never the same as when you first got it. It doesn’t fluff evenly. It doesn’t fit the mattess like in the picture. It fits a little bit smaller on the bed and you just have to center it. If you sleep on the edge of the bed you can pull it over but the other person has to sleep closer to the middle to sleep on it. Some feathers are starting to come out when I fluff it and I bought the cover to go with it so they just come out in there. After sleeping on these mattresses for a few weeks and I asked him how his hip was, and he said he had forgotten about it!These are so comfy but you do need to plump them up and I turn over and switch ends when I change my sheets to keep the feathers from matting.
