easy to install works great for a small or large clock

I have enjoyed my clock for over 15 years, but it stopped working after being exposed to moisture as a result of being locked in an outdoor storage unit. This repair kit saved my clock from going to the dumpster. The unit fit my clock beautifully, and I was pleased with a wide choice of hands to choose from. The color matches my old hands and appears delicate, but is actually strong. I simply added a battery and the time retention has been constantly on point. I paid $10, and considered it a great value for my money. My clock is better than ever and there is no ticking noise.

Purchased this replacement clock mechanism for my outdoor patio clock. I was going to replace the clock but for $10 I was able to keep my old clock going. The shipment comes with all the parts you'll need except for the battery. The instructions were good and replacement was simple. Be sure to measure the clock mechanism stem correctly. The stem I ordered was longer than the original and just barely cleared the glass cover when reassembled. I set the time a few days ago and it has remained accurate. Replacing the clock would have cost me around $50 so this was worth it.

My clock works again! I liked that it had different sets of hands in different sizes. Instructions were clear and easy.

Nice setup since it comes with a good assortment of dials, the clock I got this for has an open face so second hand would not be good so no second hand is what I wanted. and every thing needed to setup including the metal hook. Added AA battery and worked right off the bat no issues there. The only thing is that the shaft for the hands move and wiggle around making it difficult to align the hands from rubbing against each other.... but slightly bending them I was able to get it done.

The item arrived on time as described. The assembly was straightforward and a good selection of hour and minute hands was provided. I would recommend that you add another 3 mm to your shaft measurement because the separate metal hanger does not fit flush to the back of the clock mechanism. There is also a rubber washer that goes on the back of the clock mechanism. I didn't and instead of having plenty of room left on the shaft for the locking nut, it was a very tight fit. The next longer shaft would have been better.

I have been looking for a specific product to fulfill my needs to replace parts of an original clock. After trying different products on Amazon, I finally locked on to these people. The item description says it’s suitable for 9-13mm thickness clock panel. My clock panel is 10mm thick and it doesn’t fit. The shaft doesn’t go through far enough. I requested a refund which they will give me but I have to pay for the return shipping myself, from Canada to the US. Very disappointed in this policy. I’ll go to the post office tomorrow to see how much it will cost but it will must likely cost as much as the product itself.
