Great Instant Coffee
Made a great 10 oz cup of coffee! Comes with individual packets for easy preparation or taking on the go. It is on the expensive side for instant coffee but a nice treat to make at home!

Coffee-adjacent
I travel a ton for work, and can't stand Keurig (or worse, those bizarre coffee tea bag situations), so I got this to see if I could do better. I haven't tried instant coffee in years, so wasn't sure what to expect. This taste like coffee, but ...weird. Overly fruity and vegetal. I'll probably bring it on trips with me, but won't re-order.

This is a good instant way to make a decaf misto
I bought the decaf. My experience is that this instant coffee is low enough in caffeine and low enough in acid to work perfectly as a night-time hot beverage. 10 ounces of liquid is way too much for my tastes, I pour (by eye) about 6 ounces of Lactaid Skim Milk into a large ceramic mug, empty the packet of decaf into it and pop it right in the microwave using the "Beverage -- 1 Cup" setting. I don't even stir, and I don't use any water. When the microwave bell chimes, in about a minute, I use one of the little battery-operated milk frother wands sold here on Amazon (I like Aerolatte, but any brand would do I think) to both stir the coffee and froth the milk a little, in one operation of a few seconds. I get something like a misto, with no thought, no effort ... I don't really take my eye off the TV (which I can see from the kitchen). Not hitting PAUSE on the remote while I spend time grinding decaf beans, pulling decaf shots, and steaming milk has saved my marriage. This technique does not quite match the taste of my full coffee ritual, but it is close and perfectly acceptable for an average night at home, very relaxing cup, very low in calories, no fat.. BTW, I don't add any sugar, but if you do, I think you will need to stir with a real spoon ... the frother does OK to stir the coffee, but it failed when I added sugar for a guest who wanted to try this idea out.

Wow - good stuff
I am a coffee snob but highly impressed with this - big time. It has a very smooth and buttery flavor. A tad pricy but worth it. You will still save 1 to 2 dollars per cup versus going to the local Sbucks. Give it a try!

"Wilder Blend" is anything but...
Wilder Blend is uninspired. Not offensive just doesn't meet up with the branding at all. More tealike in character with no dry fermentation noes at all that the naming would imply. Was it undrinkable?...no Was it enjoyable?...no. They make other products that at least taste like coffee. Hard pass on this one.

Surprised at the quality!
It is only a point or two below fresh french press gourmet coffee I make at home. It may be pricey, but I don't expect to be making instant everyday, so the extra price is worth the quality. Note: the 10oz recommended water amount seems like a lot for the amount of coffee in the packet, but it is really well balanced at that amount. I would suggest starting with 90-100F water at 2oz to dissolve and followed with 8 oz of 140-160F to heat. Overall, great coffee! :D

Good but not worth the cost
The coffee is expensive and not appreciably better than other instants like Nescafé. I won’t purchase again

Amazing Instant Coffee
I wouldn’t call myself a coffee snob, per se, but I do enjoy grinding my own beans each morning for a quality cup of coffee. When it came time to go camping this year, I really didn’t want to go with the usual Starbucks instant coffee packets, so I purchased these instead. Honestly, I’ve had worse cups of coffee from a barista. This stuff tasted amazing! While it is a bit pricey on a per-cup basis, I’d gladly pay it again for the massive step up in taste and flavor.
