The media could not be loaded. This tool exceeded my expectations. Just finished using this on my front door made of fiberglass and with a little paint and stain you would think it’s wood. This is a product that you have to practice with to get the look you want, but once you got it down it’s so simple to use.This is what worked for me : When using make sure to start with the middle of the tool on the surface and then as your sliding it down teeter it down and then up again depending on what you want the pattern to look like. I found it best to do it in once motion instead of stopping and picking up the tool to start all over again because doing so causes an uneven pattern and smearing or clumping of the stain. Once you do finish each pattern use a damp rag to clean the excess paint or stain on the tool otherwise it tends to leave a thicker amount of paint or stain on that spot on the surface.Cleanup is hard if using a stain because of all the little crevices but the results outweighed the hassle of the cleanup in my opinion. I didn’t use the graining tool included with the claws as I was satisfied with the results the bigger tool provided.

This tool is great! It's my first time using it and wow, what a difference it makes. Each tool is easy to use and washes up extremely well with a rag and some soapy warm water. Gives a great faux wood grain effect on any surface. The more you practice, the better you get at it. It's awkward to use at first but with a little finesse and technique, you'll have a wood graining effect in no time! I would definitely recommend it. Don't hesitate for the $10, It's worth every penny.

I am awful at choosing flooring, carpets, curtains. For the price of 2 colors of paint, I have "tested" wood flooring in 4 rooms with the idea I would then buy the flooring. But! It turns out, with the proper paint and sealer, this painted wood floor has worked for us for 6 years now. I now want to "change" the kitchen "wood" color! So I bought these again for the job. After which I plan to play with them and alcohol inks just to see what will happen. Great product for making "wood like" doors and floors and walls- so far!

On a réussi à donner une deuxième vie à cette porte et les panneaux vitrés avec les outils qui imitent très bien le bois avec un peu de pratique et beaucoup de patience. Le résultat plus que satisfaisant après le visionnement de vidéo sur internet

I used it to imitate a wood grain. But it does not work very well. I even brought the tools to a painting store and they could not work with it either.
