Been using this for awhile now. VERY easy to take internally, just put spoonful in mouth and wash down with water or tea. Strengthens the bones & teeth. Mistakenly bought the sodium version last time. But it was a good mistake as now I use both. With the sodium type you can use a LOT less. It gets gummy and doesn't go down as easy as the calcium, but its benefits are excellent as an internal cleanse and for minerals. However, I can't go w/o this calcium clay as it's my fave and although you may need to use more than the sodium, it goes down easier, has a pleasant taste, and is great for brushing teeth as it doesn't clog the drain since it's less gummy - good to mix with baking soda or activated charcoal. It also has the same health benefits as the sodium so now I alternate. Externally, both are good for cuts, (makes them heal quickly), mosquito bites, and face masks. Have tried a lot of brands, but this brand is my fave since it's consistently of good quality and good price. Can't do without my clays!

I gave it four stars since the bag had a small hole and some of it leaked to everything else that was on the box, but it wasn’t a huge lot so I didn’t say anything about it. I do love their quality.

This montmorillonite bentonite is a very fine powder that blends easily into water making ingestion a breeze. It still tastes like clean dirt, but it goes down easy for a natural detox. I've also been using it with coconut oil and activated carbon as a toothpaste and it's fantastic. My dentist was shocked at the improvement of my teeth and gums and more shocked when I told him what I was doing. He, of course, told me to go back to big name toothpaste brands but was unable to explain why I should. I have to note that he also has a huge bin of free toothpaste that the big brands give him as samples, so it isn't too hard to see why he recommends the big names $$$ over anything else. I also combine this with a little apple cider vinegar for a facial mask/scrub and really like how my skin feels afterward. It's good stuff all around.
