EVANSEB07 Tri-Center Bongo Drum Head, Brown, 7.25 inch

Le hicieron a mis bongos lp aspire, el texturizado de los parches hace que , comparado con los de radiografia, no se pegue la piel y no suene al despegarse la mano. En lo personal el parche de radiografia puede sacar mas facil un sonido más agudo pero sin duda estos son una muy buena opción para elevar el sonido y tener mas control.

I was having a hard time finding a female bongo head for the cheap bongos I bought to play in Florida. It had to be synthetic because the tuning drives you mad with how the climate impacts it. I received it Saturday at 3pm. I had a show at 7pm so I went through the time consuming process of tuning a head that would normally would be considered oversized. However, it was not from the outer rim of the head size. It would fit the hoop, so immediately started the tuning and de-tuning until I got to the sound I was looking for and went another half turn and let it sit for an hour. De-tuned a full turn from that position and went to setup. It performed very well. It looks weird because Evan’s hembra and Remo macho, but I take sound over looks. Hope it lasts

Para mi son un buen Parche sintético estaba acostumbrado a tenerlos de cuero pero ya que vivo en españa las temperaturas siempre cambian y deben afinar desafinar y por tanto reduces el tiempo de vida del parche , ahora con Evans es un sonido un poco seco pero si sabes tocar le sacas provecho y gran sonoridad como Percusiónista.De un 10 le doy 9Mi Bomgo es un LP matador

I bought these Evans heads to go on my second bongo (LP Matador) I already own a set of Remo tucked Skyndeep heads. I was hoping to use the Remo on this set of Matadors but they don't fit the crowns. It is strange because the Remo do fit my newer LP Matador Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 bongo. I have since fitted out the Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 bongo with Manito Percussion heads (by far superior to any synthetic head).Anyway back to the Evans head, I am very happy, they fit, they sound good enough and can be left without needing to detune. Don't expect the Hembre in particular (Evans or Remo) to sound anything like as good as a quality natural head but for convenience they are a winner.I reluctantly went for the Evans head after realising the Remo wouldn't fit mainly because they are quite a bit cheaper than equivalent Remo heads (not tucked) They don't sound as good as the Skyndeep in my opinion but are definitely better sounding than I was expecting.
