After borrowing a friend's steamer, and reading numerous reviews, I purchased this steamer a little while ago. This unit seems to be better-built than my friend's steamer (i think Jiffy) and it is waaaay better looking. It also appears more powerful and consistent. This is an elegant looking machine, and it is simple to use. I'm hooked on steaming now. I have steamed everything just to see how it works. I am thoroughly impressed with this product, and here is what I have learned: 1. It is easier and faster to steam vs iron 2. You won't get the creases you want from an iron, but it is far better than an iron in all other aspects of straightening 3. You can skip a dry clean session - if your clothes aren't stained, you can definitely skip a dry clean and use the steamer to refresh 4. The hose is the perfect length for steaming clothes, but I wish it were easier to steam couches and long drapes - so if you plan on steaming Everything in your house like me, be prepared to do some minor lifting. 5. A steamer is a must have for light fabrics (blends, linens, polyester). Totally recommend this product!

As a reseller, this steamer has been a game-changer! Steaming and prepping multiple clothes at once saves me tons of time. Plus, the wheels and big water tank make it a breeze to use, especially when I'm juggling a bunch of items. The wheels make it easy to roll and move around. So much steam and power, the performance of this steam is top notch! Totally worth it!

I purchased this steamer because the way it looked but it didn’t work as advertised. I got a handheld steamer right after to compare and it worked a lot better and faster, this product introduced itself as a professional steamer but it took lots of time or forever to remove wrinkles and it gave up on the stubborn ones. I paid $136 for this and not worth it , spent $35 on the handheld one and found it more effective and useful

Steam got hot quickly. Steam wand surface was large for covering better space. Hose was nice long length but stand could have been better height, was a bit short for my purposes. Didn’t try all the attachments yet. Tank was cracked when received and leaks when trying to use. Thought I could repair it with waterproof sealer and tape but wouldn’t work so I had to use it while it sat on a beach towel. Bought it to do steaming for a wedding so didn’t have time to return the whole thing and wait for new. Contacted the company for replacement tank and they say they’ll send one. I’ll update once I can really use it without the issues but for now just looking forward to a new tank. I’m optimistic it’ll be an excellent working machine once the tank is replaced.

This is the best steamer ever! I have a small dress shop and my employees need to steam our clothes on display to keep them wrinkle-free and fresh. It stays on the whole day and it never failed us! One whole day of steaming, and no issues at all and the steam is very strong! This is heavy-duty and gives great value for your money! I personally love the gold finish and the retractable cord. It's easy to move around and is mess-free.

I love it

This is perfect steamer for household use. While other steamers advertised a larger water tank (thus longer runtime between refills) , the size of the tank on this one is fine. I get 6 shirts worth of steam before a refill is needed. Out-of-box assembly was super easy, I was able to get started on clothing within 10 minutes. The size makes storage convenient...just tuck into corner of laundry room or utility closet. The clip accessories are useful, as is the brush attachment. Power supply cord is about five feet long so the unit can be located away from furniture and walls while in use. The clip attachment, advertised as helpful for creases, isn't as strong as I'd like and took a few passes and I would definitely buy a mitt or ironing glove for clothing seams...it was difficult to get curled edges on shirts flat without one.

Awesome good quality clothes steamer. Company was super easy to work with for a replacement part (water tank). Steamer heats up quickly, has an easy foot pedal on/off and strength of steam, retractable cord, and lots of extras.

Steamer was easy to set up & use! It’s also sleek and looks great in a room!

Looove this product. It takes a little while to reach temperature but otherwise great steaming capability. Looks great as well.
