Sirtfood Diet: A Beginners Guide & Recipe Book on Sirtfoods & Their Amazing Benefits (Health Food, Diet, and Weight Loss Series 1)

I've read the book from cover to cover and am impressed with my findings. What would have been helpful was if the book also contained a conversion table from metric to # & oz to use with the recipes. I am hoping I can rely on the Internet to find many of the foods that I'm not familiar with.l Aside from that, hey, with the diet containing both red wine and dark chocolate, it is well worth trying. I've tried many diets and none stuck. Maybe this one will. :-)

Limited information with numerous typographical errors. (Big turn off for me.) The recipe measurements are in grams so you will need a scale to measure if you choose to try any of them. I would spend a few more dollars and get something more comprehensive.

A well-discussed book! I want to know more about Sirtfood diet and this book has acquainted me with all the things I need to know about this type of diet. It informs you on its origin, its theory and scientific explanations, the list of food that contains sirtuin activators, its amazing benefits and the different Sirtfood diet recipes. This is another type of diet anybody likes to try.

Clear introduction, covers quite a few topics, lovely vibrant recipes, easy to cook, inspired me to explore more, could do with a proof read for grammar and spelling/typos!
