Because it's 100% rayon, I ordered XL. Huge on me, so I returned it for size L. Nice fit. After several wearings, it was my choice to machine wash in cold water with other items, spin dry. Regular detergent. I hung it to dry, and my 2 pictures show how well it dried without needing to be ironed. My blouse did shrink an inch in length and an inch in the arms. I gave this blouse 4 stars because I wasn't expecting arm length to shrink. Still, it was my choice not to hand wash. Instructions advise hand wash cold, or gentle cycle cold. Hang to dry.
