I am able to eat some chocolate, cakes and things like kfc gravy now (didn't realise how much I missed these things!) the website has a calculator to figure out how many tablets you need for the amount of dairy you are consuming but I find you figure it out quickly. I am very pleased with these and it takes the anxiety away from enjoying a meal out and enjoy a real chocolate bar!
