Why are these angel hair pasta nest so expensive?

Because grocery stores can’t be bothered to stock it,

Its boiled like other pasta. It's very similar to angel hair pasta. It cooks quite quickly.

is single serving one nest?

It could be. It depends upon the one preparing. I usually use 3 for 2 people.

Is this made with american wheat, full of roundup and harmful pesticides, or sourced italian wheat, which i have more faith is 100% chemical-free?

I know the pasta is made out 100% semolina and I’ve never heard such an absurd comment. I have eaten this Angel Hair pasta for a long long time and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Great pasta!

This is my favorite pasta, but it's way too pricey for me to be able to buy it very often. I wish it was still available at Walmart for the reasonable price it used to be. Love the taste and the way it cooks up.

The packaging did not protect the noodles and they were crushed a bit. Since we usually crush them when cooking it’s OK but we would have preferred to have had them packaged better.
