Beware of Italian products
The screw fittings that attaches the disabled extension toilet to the toilet gave way. I put a complaint in.I received an email from the company asking for photos of parts,batch no,etc.I returned the email with all the relevant information and 6 photos as requested to the Italian company.That was weeks ago and dince then "silence".
