Perfect.
Because I have one leg shorter than the other it has given me curvature of the spine. I tried these heel elevators and found them to be perfect. I am now thinking of increasing the height again to move closer to the height difference.

Useless waste of money
These are not as described. It states “adhesive” but there’s no adhesive at all. They’re also just foam and super flimsy so will rot super easily. Also higher than it states, to be wary before buying these as you also can’t return them!

Correct my posture
My physio recommended these a few years ago and they have corrected my lop-sided stance. I have them in all my shoes and wouldn't be without them.

These were NOT adhesive-backed. And there was NO option to contact the seller for a refund or to return. Amazon kindly stepped in. Just beware if you specifically want these to be adhesive-backed.

I've just grown
Nice (artificial) uplift to my height. I'm five /eight When I wear these in my shoes, I am nearly five/nine. Good enough and makes me look a little thinner, besides taller.Phil
