Not sure how they work on moles since they're underground but I can tell you they don't work on snakes, for those who are asking. This guy sat next to the device for over an hour and was not bothered.

Bought this hoping to get rid of gophers in a garden. Nope - gophers could not care less. Just keep doing what they were doing before - ruining my vegetable garden.Completely useless.
