This right here is how I was able to turn a small batch into a very aged fermented 3 gallon glass jar of kombucha to kick start my other four 1 gallon jars for me to drink on a regular basis. good stuff being brewing kombucha for about a year now that's to my purchase over a year ago

I have been brewing Kombucha for years. I am out of the country for extended times so I do need to rebuy my scoby from time to time. I have normally purchased another brand scoby which worked well and I changed because I always use green tea, and this one said it was produced with green tea so thought it would be better. It was a dead scoby. I started slow, then just stopped producing the new scoby. Since they are not returnable or even discussed about it I feel others should know. I'm sure most of their would work, just didn't for me and as noted, this is not my first rodeo.

I can't tell you how much I enjoy making kombucha with your mothers this was my second perches and am all out but would defiantly buy again
