He loves helping in the kitchen and frequently asks to make things with the mixer so he was very excited to have a mixer of his own. The mixer part is very sturdy and I anticipate it will hold up well with my toddler who is hard on toys. The extra pieces are quality made and sturdy also. Even the recipe card is made from plastic and will likely hold up well.
