Poor instructions. Learned how to install reading other reviews. *by P***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 24, 2016* After a month of use I have finally figured out how to install it properly. The entire installation should be done from the rear of the seat. Slide the lower elastic strap all the way to the bottom of your seat, the cover should be velvet side out, on the front seat. Then slide the middle band over the seat to the spot where the back and seat meet. Then buckle the last strap around the headrest. When you go to the front seat just slide the cover down so that it laps over the front of the seat. It should be held in place. Take the little white pvc tube and insert into the pocket in the middle of the cover and push between the seat and back. 5 minutes tops the first time, faster after that. I do wash it about once a week in the machine with hot water like all his other washable things. I do air dry it over night and it's ready to go again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ OK fit but strange bottom strap *by W***I on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2014* This cover fit the front passenger seat of my 02 F150 pretty well, maybe a little bit narrow. The top strap goes around headrest fine. There is a dowel to insert between bottom/back to secure in place. But the bottom strap is very strange. It is just a fixed elastic strap and not wide enough to go around my seat bottom. Even if it did, it's sewn in too far forward to be very effective. I ended up just wrapping it around the seat position adjustment lever at the bottom front of the seat and tied it off there. That makes it pucker in the middle and the edges come up a bit, not lying flat. I decided to keep it anyhow because it'll probably do the job. ### ⭐ It doesn't fit my seat.... *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2012* I received the seat cover and it seemed pretty easy to install. A clip holds a strap around the head rest to hold the back up, great. There is a little PVC pipe thing to tuck it into the seat crease- it doesn't fit in my car but I wasn't worried about that. The bottom of the seat is supposed to secure with this long elastic loop- there is no where on my car to loop the elastic around?? The seat is bolted to the floor, how can I get this loop around?? So now the bottom of the seat slides all around. The cover itself seems pretty sturdy, water poof, and nice and soft for my pup. I just wish I could get it to stay in the seat. Also it should be noted that it does not look anything like the picture. It does not wrap around the seat- either the back or seat part, it sits on top of it.
