I am a vitamin freak in general and I'm very selective on what vitamins I buy for myself and for my dog. So here is the short of it on this vitamin, it works wonders! I have a 115lb Rottweiler, who, since the age of 7 months, has had a hip issue. I have tried many vitamins and this is the only one that has positive affect on him. Granted I have to give him 6 tablets and this is a little pricey but it’s ABSOLUTELY worth it. Bear loves to chase the ball and sometimes he over exerts himself, get sore and stiff in his leg or hip, which then leads him to whimpering and whining for the next couple of days. Once I started giving him this joint vitamin for about a week and slowly weaned him back into his ball playing he has yet to have his previous condition return. Also, I ran in to a Golden Retriever and his Mom in the pack last month and she uses the same thing for him. The GR is much older than my Bear, who is 6yrs, and her GR has joint issues to the point that their GR only can do swim therapy in the lake next to the park as exercise; something that he wasn’t able to do until they started giving him this same vitamin. She said this vitamin has eased a LOT of pain and stiffness for her GR.
