Aloe Vesta cleansing foam contains: water, sodium c14-16 olefin sulfonate, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, propylene glycol, DMDM hydantoin, cetethyl morpholinium ethosulfate , sorbitol, citric acid, fragrance, hydrolyzed collagen aloe vera, FD&C Green no. 3.

Can this be used with a wash cloth?

I don't see why not. I would squirt it on the wash cloth then wipe it on my body. My husband uses it with Goodwipes (eco friendly body wipes).

Do you comb or brush it through?

It says to spray directly in the hair and rub through with a gentle washcloth to remove loosened dirt and oils. Needs no rinsing. Towel dry.

What are instructions for cleansing hair?

"Dispense foam directly into dampened hair and work into a lather. With a washcloth gently rub the hair and scalp to remove loosened dirt and oils. Repeat if necessary. Towel dry. " My husband had his hair cut very short, so the foam cleansed his scalp. I have not tried it on longer hair.
