We travel abroad several times per year. I was so tired of a sore upper back, neck, and shoulders after a long plane ride. So I tried this thing. Omgosh, it was amazing. First, it deflates to a tiny box so you can easily carry on. Plus you can use it in a variety of ways, from filling the void between you and the window, to cushioning your ribs from the hard armrest, to leaning forward on. I liked it so much I bought one for my husband and best friend, who travels with us. Side note, it folds so small that she didn’t know I had it when we went to Italy last year and I sat right in front of her. The medium is a good size if you aren’t overly tall. I’m 5’2” and my husband is 5’10” and we both felt it provided support and back pain relief. It’s also easy to sanitize. Highly recommend to make air travel slightly less miserable.

I was skeptical and a little embarrassed when my husband blew it up and it was so big. But then I tried it and it was so comfy, I was glad we got them. Also the couple next to us pulled out the exact same thing and so there was a whole row of us using them 😂 it really made the long flight more comfortable and I was able to sleep. Used it all different angles too. On the flight home I had the row to myself and laid on it horizontal like a regular pillow. It was great. Highly recommend and I plan to bring it on every flight.

I've used the neck pillows that don't provide support so I went on the hunt for something better. I fly a lot and this seemed to fit the bill. There was a slight odor (think plastic beach ball) upon opening, but I followed the instructions and washed it quickly in the shower with dish soap, rinsed, and then hung under a ceiling fan to dry. The smell was 90% gone. I used this on at least 6 flights before writing this review and here's my thoughts. Pros - small (about the size of a pair of socks), comfortable material, easy to inflate, super easy to deflate, versatile. Cons - not enough air flow if you put your head face down in the opening and the cap/valve cover pops off easily. This easily fit inside my bag I take on the plane. The material is a soft velour type material and it took me a few more than 5 or 6 breaths to inflate, but not many more. Be prepared to get some weird looks from passenger and flight crew with this thing, but in the end...it works! I was able to get sleep and rest on my flights. I liked the versatility of being able to partially inflate it as well and use as a side pillow up against the window. My only negatives of the product are the valve cover cap has a little ring that popped off several times as I moved the pillow around in front of me in the ever decreasing size of the plane seats. The other thing I noticed is, when you put your head face down in the hole in front, it's tough to breath as there really isn't fresh air that reaches you. Although I found that to be the most comfortable position, I had to turn my head to the side to get fresh air. Another nice bonus that I first thought was cheesy were the eye covers. These things work fantastic and are super comfortable! Combined with the pillow I felt like I was in a deep meditating space and would recommend you give it a shot.

I read a LOT of reviews before buying. Pros: - You can lean forward and sleep in a car or plane - It’s easy to deflate and put back into its bag (I read a lot of complaints about this, but in my experience deflation and careful rolling is quick and gets it easily back into its bag) - Packs small Cons - It’s pretty big in the seat, so you have to work around it if you don’t want to deflate it. - One of my arms fell asleep even though I put it through the holes. But hey! At least I got some rest!!! - It’s big enough that on my ultra cheap (hand-baggage-only) trip, I didn’t want to waste precious space carrying it. Oh how jealous I was seeing someone else sleeping with theirs on that 5:30 am flight. - It has a strong odor. But even though I am allergic to latex and sensitive to strong odors, I have no problem putting a sweater over it and laying my head down. I think this thing is great and well worth the money!!

I bought this pillow for an upcoming overnight flight. It's very lightweight and folds up small enough to make it easy to attach to or fit in my carry on bag. It blew up easily and has stayed inflated for 3 days while I've been experimenting with it to determine if it will be comfortable enough for a 9 hour flight. I like the arm holes which allow me to fold my arms through the pillow. If I choose to sleep face down, I'm finding the opening for the face a bit large for me. When I put the full weight of my head on the pillow, it sinks quite deeply into the hole and cuts into the area under my chin a bit. I haven't found a comfortable way to sleep if I wish to turn my head to the side for the same reason - the opening is large and doesn't support my head properly. I tried pushing another small pillow down into the opening to gain support, and it was okay, but would require bringing two pillows so not a perfect solution. I'm going to experiment a bit more to see if I can make some adjustments that will make the pillow more comfortable because I think, even with it's shortcomings, it will be more comfortable than the typical neck pillows.

Inflatable head part was the best addition to this amazing product!!! You have to get this specic version of the pillow to be completely comfortable. Easy to inflate/deflate and worth the bulkiness for a good rest on long flights. I passed out for 10/14 hours with this - super recommend

Save your money. What a waste of time, energy and resources. This is a joke. As you sit in economy, barely able to inflate it, and desperately trying to prevent the air from escaping as you seal it, you get a semi- firm, itchy plastic covered in a fuzz like material, blow up thing to rest your face on. The “cradle” that should comfortably hold your face has plastic seams that that will absolutely prevent you from any comfortable position. Also, once inflated you are stuck in one single position the duration. I could not fall asleep with this piece of trash, I tried for 6 hours and gave up. Neighboring passengers will hate you for it too. Because of the space it takes up, it can make any attempt by you (or others) to get up to say, use the toilet??? There’s no where to reasonably move it. You can deflate and start over. However that’s just more aggravation. I’m so frustrated I missed the return window as we had not yet returned from our travels. So I’m begging others to save themselves, and avoid this like the plague you might get on the plane ( from other passengers that still don’t seem to understand the concept of masking when ill.) As someone who has a hard time keeping my head from lolling back and forth when sleeping during a flight, this was an absolute godsend. This pillow allowed me to sleep in a comfortable position during my flight and it was very easy to inflate and deflate. It’s worth noting that it does take up quite a bit of room so meal time was a little tricky since I didn’t want to inflate and deflate it multiple times. The face hole was also a little uncomfortable around my chin, so it took a few tries to figure out how to position my face in it but once I did, everything else was fine. I kept my glasses and personal belongings in it by my hands while sleeping so I didn’t have to worry about losing them. It also doesn’t take up too much room in my carry on for how big it is once fully inflated. Overall a great purchase and I definitely recommend for long haul flights.

I got this for my wife for her dream trip to Isreal as the trip was 10 hour flight. Well, it came packaged in a great little carry bag took no room in her carry-on. When she took it out for the flight it was so easy to inflate and the height and angle were absolutely perfect for her to get a good sleep on the flight. Perfect for the long flight. Quite a few people asked and were very impressed. She was the only one that had a good sleep.

Very nice. Can be used in different positions incl on lap. Useful for travel when sitting on seat. Comfortable to use, good material. Easy to blow up after the first 2-3 uses. Also quick to blow up.
