Was excited to use this on a hike where water would be involved since the case advertises that it is waterproof. First pass through water my phone was saturated and ruined. This $20 dollar “waterproof” case just cost me $1000.Not happy.

It arrived in basically a ziplock bag no label or anything. You could tell it had been used, returned, and re gifted. It was dirty and had dents and scratches on it. It didn’t even close all the way. Very disappointed and will be returning it.

This was a very sturdy case and I felt like it protected my phone great. I ended up purchasing a different case because this case blocks the microphone on the bottom so during phone calls and FaceTimes, people couldn’t hear me. They said I sounded far away unless I spoke directly into the microphone. I really wanted to like the case, but didn’t end up keeping it because of this issue.

I have been really impressed with this case so far. The design is awesome and the case is sleek and not bulky at all. I enjoy being outdoors and the case has held up great against the elements. Something I really like with this case when compared to other waterproof cases is the sound quality. Oftentimes with waterproof cases you have to sacrifice sound quality but not with this one. People can hear me great whether I have the phone to my face or I am on speaker phone. I definitely recommend this case if you need extra protection for your phone without having to sacrifice features or sound.

I followed directions to do the water test with a tissue inside the case. All went well.When I used the case on my iPhone XS to go snorkeling, water leaked into the case.I dried off my phone for 48 hours as recommended online but the phone never turned on. I took it to a third party repair center as well as to the apple store. They told me my phone needs to be replaced completely and cannot be repaired.As a case, it also is poorly made. The camera is slightly covered by the case.I do not know how I can be compensated for this damage. Do not risk your $1000 phone with this $20 case.

Did the water test and it worked perfectly not a drop inside I was a little surprised:D I love the aesthetic of this case that’s my favorite part. I hate the look of waterproof cases but this actually shows the phone I don’t want to take the case off all the time. Anyways I’m happy w the purchase I would recommend

Bought this case for the features as it is waterproof and should help protect my wife's iPhone XS. Very pleased at how easy this case was to install. I already had a tempered glass screen protector installed and this case went right over that. Loved the case... until I realized that not only is it waterproof, but it is soundproof as well. I couldn’t hear any phone conversations that weren’t on speaker... could hear speaker calls kind of, but... had to cut the area above the speaker and could hear again. UPDATE... also discovered when reversing the camera to take selfie or talk on zoom or Marco Polo.... that part of the camera function was also covered and did not work. I tossed the case and ordered something else. New brand (otter box) ‘fixed’ all the issues I thought were my phone.
